Summary: This home was a perfect getaway. Plenty of room and the view from the rear deck is astounding!! We lucked out and the homes on either side were vacant, which added to the tranquility. Beds were comfy and the range was impressive. The kitchen/front room combo with the dual sliding doors to the rear deck made for a great area to hang out and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. It was an incredible weekend with family in the perfect setting!!

Summary: Beautiful house and property. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. View out the back is spectacular. Yard could use some upkeep. Lots of hike and walks nearby. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet get away. Like the description says, not good for kids. Fully enjoyed would stay again.

Summary: Lovely home with great ocean view. Too cold in December to spend any time sitting on the deck which would have been nice. Had some great hikes on nearby coastal access trails which we drove to. No beach access from the house. As others have stated, the kitchen is minimally equipped though it has the basics, but bring anything you don't want to do without, such as a bread knife and spices and Kleenix. Only three games provided and no puzzles so bring your own. Lighting is adequate, but four of the five main living room ceiling floodlights did not work. There is a wood burning fireplace, but it was equipped with large chunks of wood and a few small limbs (1 inch) with no kindling or fire starter cubes and the lighter was out of fuel, so no fire. Bring your own fire starters and lighter and kindling. The TV was the easiest to use that we have ever come across with access to Netflix and Prime Video. Also easy to plug our HDMI cord into to use our iPads for streaming. A big plus.

Summary: This is a great home for couples vacationing together. Large communal space, and very comfortable bedrooms. However, kitchen is not well equipped and bedrooms and living room’s lack lamps for reading.

Summary: The views and isolation of this home are fabulous. If you are cooking in the kitchen, bring specialty items needed for your meal. There are pots and pans and dining utensils/plates, but we had to improvise on a few other things. Overall though, these were minor issues compared to the lovely living/dining area and the kitchen. Each room has it's own bathroom which is a great plus since I travel with a group of friends. The home is a close distance to Gualala which has a wonderful breakfast place, Trinks and a great market, surf market. I would stay again!!

Summary: My wife and I had a great stay at this property in July 2022. It’s on a bluff overlooking the ocean a few miles south of Point Arena on highway 1. Great views of the ocean when not too foggy. We saw some whales one afternoon. Very comfortable house. Nicely decorated, clean and well supplied. House is in a quiet area with a few other houses along the road. Saw more cows than people. Excellent rental.

Summary: This was such an amazing house! Right on the edge of this gorgeous bluff, with the most unusual beach I’ve ever seen. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. We stayed Monday through Friday and it was hard to leave. The tanning on the deck and the sunsets were the best! Thank you so much, we will be back!

Summary: Such a great house. we stayed Mon-Fri and had a healthy balance of enjoying a few restaurants downtown and being able to cook meals like we were at home on the viking range. Such a huge plus when heading out can at times be a commitment. Views for days!! Falling stars out the front door with zero light pollution, and endless ocean views from the rear deck. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Not the owners fault, but most likely the location, bring drinking water. The tap is a bit salty. Definitely staying here again next summer!
