PRIVATE OCEANFRONT RETREAT –
Enjoy the breath-taking unobstructed sights, sounds, and scents of the Atlantic Ocean from practically every room in this newly renovated two-story condo. There are many condos on Harbor Island, but very few have this kind of view. Not just from the deck (which was rebuilt in 2019 and newly furnished in 2022), but from the living room, the main bedroom, the dining room, and elsewhere throughout the condo.
Attention to detail is evident throughout this cozy little “coastal cottage” in the new furnishings, the décor, and the appliances. The owners of K210 consider this their home away from home so they take special care to make sure that every detail is considered. They love to share their “little slice of heaven” with their guests.
The kitchen was remodeled in 2018 with new cabinets, countertops, and flooring. The LG Washer and Dryer were updated in 2021 and the LG dishwasher in 2023. The hosts have added a Keurig and a Margaritaville mixer to make it a little easier to relax!
The living room was remodeled in 2021 and has a new 65” LG 4k Smart TV. The queen size sleep sofa has a new comfy memory foam mattress and sleeper mechanism. USB charging stations can be found throughout.
The main bedroom that overlooks the ocean was remodeled in 2021 and includes two spacious armoires and a gorgeous king size sleigh bed. The bathroom, which is off the bedroom, was totally remodeled in 2021 with brick-looking tile walls and Kohler fixtures.
The front bedroom boasts a new Queen-sized bed (2022) and bedding as well as a twin-sized bed.
Linens, some toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided. There are many other updates including a new hot water heater (2021), updated bedroom doors (2022), hurricane rated sliding doors and windows (2023), Kohler comfort-height toilets, and much more.

If you get tired of relaxing on the private deck overlooking the dunes and ocean, you can take a short walk to enjoy the 2 ½ mile stretch of secluded beach. Or perhaps you can use some of the Harbor Island amenities like one of three well-maintained swimming pools (in season), tennis and basketball courts, or their fitness room.
Everywhere you go, nature abounds. You can go boating, fishing, crabbing, hiking, or exploring. Or you can take a short drive and go to the Hunting Island State Park and Lighthouse (3.7 mi), historic Beaufort with its quaint shops and waterfront park (15.8 mi), historic Port Royal (18.1 mi), Parris Island (23.6 mi), Hilton Head (50 mi), Savannah GA (58 mi), Charleston (86 mi).
***Please Note this condo is located on the second floor and third floor. While it allows for breathtaking views, it does require that our guests must be able to climb quite a few stairs.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Summary: We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this property. It was perfect for a couple's get away. The property was spotless and well appointed. We would like to thank the owner for renting their property to us. This unit has an excellent, well furnished kitchen for those who wish to prepare meals. The towels and linens were wonderful and much appreciated. It was quiet and peaceful. The pictures in VRBO are an accurate reflection of the property and its surrounding. We highly recommend this location.

Summary: This condo was perfect for a long week getaway. The view was amazing. The sunrises were spectacular from all the beach facing windows. The condo was comfortable and very nicely furnished with everything you should need. It was very clean when we arrived. Thermostat was set, fans and ice maker were turned on. WiFi was easy to access. We really liked the keypad entrance. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Best condo we have stayed in at Harbor and we have stayed in at least 6. This condo was clean and comfortable. Very well decorated and really nice shower. Loved it!

Summary: The area is beautiful and we were pleased with Harbor Island from the beginning. However, as soon as we walked in the front door, a fish smell hit us like nothing I have smelled before. After “investigating” it seemed to be coming from the closet where the HVAC system is and I told them the filter needs changing. There was dust all over the vents in the door. I called the management company and asked them to send someone over please. Because it was a Saturday, the guy didn’t come until Monday but he did a great job. Also had to mop the kitchen floor twice because our shoes kept sticking to it. After unpacking the car, I went to put my own sheets I had brought on the bed in the front room…I always do this. I’m glad I did, because the sheets that were on the bed did not appear to have been washed. The top sheet was crumpled up at the foot of the bed and the mattress cover, when I removed the sheets, had a fresh blood stain on it towards the top of the bed. One more thing, you can’t sit on the balcony that overlooks the ocean until later in the day. There is no umbrella for the table and it is much too hot to sit out there without one, which is disappointing because we like to eat breakfast looking at the ocean to start our day. The condo is great but attention to detail by the cleaning staff needs to be stepped up. It is a little bit of a distance to Walmart or the grocery stores so be prepared for that.

Summary: Very nice place. Best stocked place I've ever stayed. Very clean and couldn't beat the location. My only complaints are; i wish there were screens on the upstairs windows. We had some nice days and would liked to open the windows. We also had some rainy days and some of the provided games and puzzles were missing peices so we couldnt play them. Overall though I'd stay here again.

Summary: We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for spouse and child(ren). The kitchen was fully equipped. The washer/dryer was fully stocked. The condo came kid friendly. The front and back patio were perfect for any weather. It truly felt like home here! We didn't like there was nothing around to eat, and also the mosquitoes were horrible. No words for the mosquitoes. Highly recommend!
