Summary: This home had everything we had hoped for, an incredible view of the ocean, beach front for easy access to the water, safe and quiet neighborhood, well decorated interior throughout the home and so much more. We had hired a photographer to do pictures for my son’s 40 th birthday and military retirement, she had us pose on the beautiful staircase in the home and the pictures came out perfect. We hope to rebook again soon!

Summary: The home is beautiful but the host is strange. We were accused (and attempted to be charged) for damages to the house that we did not do and accused of leaving things behind that we did not leave. Things that the previous guest obviously did especially considering many things were missing during our stay due to a previous guest that the host was unaware of. The guest constantly mentioned our race when accusing us of the issues. There is nothing for kids like dishwear, toys, books etc like they advertise. Also 1 bathroom and shower is out of order if you are looking to use them all. We had no trash can, no towels, multiple kitchen amenities missing. Great location with beautiful home but not worth the price.

Summary: A delightful week in a lovely home! Beautifully appointed interior. Spacious kitchen but needing a few simple items such as oven mitts, cutting knives, serving and mixing bowls and a working trash compactor. Comments were made about the windows needing cleaning and the sticky elevator door on the 3rd floor. Just minor things. Overall, a fun week for the family filled with memories to last forever!

Summary: Had a party for my wife's 50th B day. Party was during the day . The property had plenty of room on the bottom and 2nd floors for guest. Approx 70 people in attendance
