While renting a car is highly recommended for exploring the beautiful surroundings at your own pace, we understand the value of convenience. Our Guest Experience team is happy to assist with arranging a private driver, whether for a single trip or your entire stay. •Turn off A/C units, lights, and electronics when not in use.

•Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.
These are beyond our control.
⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons.
•The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather.
• Cleaning services
Please note that cleaning service is not included. However, if you would like an additional cleaning during your stay, we’ll be happy to arrange it for you. The service is available upon request at an extra cost of $70 USD per cleaning and includes fresh linens. Just let us know whenever you need it — we’re here to help!
