Custom built home on a private 1.5 acres lot, this house is a gem on the Pacific coast with a 2 minute walk to the ocean beach. It is conveniently located in between Westport and Grayland, just a few blocks north of Twin Harbor state park.
Inside the house you will enjoy the sweeping view of the ocean waves and a backyard of swaying grasses from its wide windows. An open floor design and a modern kitchen makes entertaining easy. The main living space contains kitchen, dining room, big room, 3 bedrooms, three full bathrooms and laundry room. There are 18 stairs outside and inside the house leading to the main living space.
You can access the lower level through the garage or stairs leading down from the main living space. Down stairs you will find a daybed that can be set up as two beds or slide the 2 twin beds together to make a big queen bed.
You can enjoy the library of books and games, play ping pong or foosball. watch television or movies while hanging out on the sofa sectional.
During the day, you can enjoy the 18 miles of sandy beach via a 2 minute walk starting from the back door or explore Westport and its surrounding areas. Summary: Staying at this property again was an absolute dream. Better than I remembered it from four years ago. The house is very comfortable, stocked with necessities, clean, and has the best view and property. It feels so secluded and quiet. We had such a amazing time relaxing and going to the beach. I know it's early on in the season but the hose on the side of the house wasn't working, so it was a little difficult to rinse our feet when coming back from the beach. It wasn't a con for the trip at all just something I noticed. Kate is an absolutely wonderful host, so responsive and kind. We can't WAIT to come back! Thank you SO much Kate!

Summary: This was a lovely place to stay. Right off the beach with a 180 view of surf, sand, and wildlife. The house is well appointed with thoughtful additions in the kitchen for even the more demanding chef. Downstairs has an array of games and we challenged our inner thirty something’s to step it up. The home theatre system was fabulous. Be sure to bring a favorite movie or 3 as the selection is limited.

Summary: We loved this house. Immaculate, of course, and well-appointed and very comfortable, but the best part was the unobstructed ocean view. The hosts were very responsive. Plenty of room for our group of six. We'll definitely stay again!
