Positive: The condo was very nice, clean, and quiet. The furniture was quite comfortable. It had a beautiful view. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was very well equipped to do so. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Negative: I can't think of anything.

Positive: The unit was very roomy, and quite close to the beach. It was great having a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms.

Negative: The carpets in the main living area were stained, and in desperate need of a good cleaning. The blinds and windowsills were very dusty. Also, the bathroom towels were dingy and scratchy.

Summary: Overall a good experience, but the management really needs to work on the housekeeping issues.

Positive: Gorgeous comfortable apartment with easy beach access. WiFi worked well, it felt very clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked.

Negative: The process for confirming the booking with vacasa was very stressful since I booked last-minute. If I’d booked in advance it wouldn’t have been a big issue, but since I booked last minute it was unclear if I’d be able to access the apartment upon my arrival (at midnight). In the end it all worked out well, but it took a couple hours of phone calls to confirm everything, and even then it was dicey if I’d have parking permission problems or not. The fireplace doesn’t actually put out heat, and was a bit disappointing as far as flame look, but was ok enough for basic ambience.
