Positive: The unit is spacious with a lovely ocean view. It is well appointed and has appropriate storage plus a nice surprise small balcony.

Negative: 1)Being #231 we expected to be on the second floor. However the numbering system works differently and the condo is on the THIRD floor with no elevator access. This was challenging with luggage for us seniors. 2) There are a lot of property rules and extra procedures you don’t have with a hotel rental 3) I Accidentally left a valuable jacket in a closet and so far there has been no helpful response. My only logical conclusion can be that the cleaning crew took it. If not, their response is certainly not timely.

Summary: The property is great, but in sum total not worth the hassle.

Positive: This was one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at, definitely the nicest vacation rental. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, spices, oils, etc. The bedrooms were comfortable, had great beds and nice linens. There were lots of towels for bathing, swimming and kitchen towels, a washer and dryer, a beautiful great room which include the kitchen, dining area and living room plus a small balcony - all with an ocean view. Special call out for the windows - almost all were screened and could open. Hot water, heating, Wifi - all great. The amenities were excellent too - heated saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, clubhouse with books and DVDs. The condo itself had a bunch of games to use. I can't speak for any other units, obviously, but ours was very quiet. The big test, in my opinion, is would I stay at a place again. 100% yes. Only next time, I'd stay longer!

Negative: 1. We did not know that our building didn't have an elevator. That should be mentioned up front in the description. As it turned out, the steps were easy for us, but if someone were wheelchair bound or mobility challenged in another way, it would be impossible to get to the unit. 2. It would be nice to have the Wi-Fi information on the entry table. 3. Small item - lots of spices and oils but no salt. 4. That we didn't stay longer.

Positive: The condo was very nice, clean, and quiet. The furniture was quite comfortable. It had a beautiful view. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was very well equipped to do so. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Negative: I can't think of anything.
