Positive: The apartment is clean inside and nicely furnished. They had some basic cookware and plates/utensils/glasses for the kitchen and dining which was great. There is a laundry room, pool, private parking, all for use. There’s also a pair of beach chairs in the closet. Location overall is pretty nice and within walking distance of some beaches, shops, and restaurants.

Negative: The shower was a little cold some days, that’s really the only complaint about the place. The coffee maker seemed to have an old batch of coffee grounds with mold. However when I let Jasmine know, she arranged to have a brand new one delivered to the room the same day which was quite nice.

Summary: Amazing place to end our vacation!

Positive: The apartment was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the ocean right at our doorstep. Our host was gracious and helpful.

Negative: Unfortunately one of the keys needed to access the building was lost by the previous guest (we were told this the day of arrival). This meant we had to get a security guard to allow us to access the building. Unfortunately the pool was closed for construction. We were not warned that the place advertised with a pool did not have a pool during our stay. This was not a big deal as we enjoyed the beach.

Summary: Simple Oceanfront Living.

Positive: I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, great restaurants, shopping, and central plazas. The host was communicative and checked on us throughout out stay - if we had any questions, etc. The area was peaceful and clean, and I really appreciated the sense of serenity throughout. There were plenty of things to do both during the day and at night, and the locals were warm, friendly, and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience overall. So, rent this place out!

Negative: The only downside was that the pool and jacuzzi were out of service during our entire stay due to ongoing repairs. While we understand maintenance is necessary, it was a little disappointing not to be able to use those amenities. Still, that’s just being a bit nitpicky—the rest of the stay made up for it! So, rent this place out!

Negative: Elevator was dingy! Inspection was expired. There was no one in office. Someone parked in the designated spot so we had to call the owner. But next day again someone was parked so we parked our car in another spot.
