The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment).
The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom.
Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is UNABLE.

Summary: We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The location was unbeatable just steps from a peaceful private beach, where we often felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. We loved being able to walk to great local restaurants which made evenings out super convenient and fun. At night, the sound of the coqui frogs was absolutely magical, and added to the charm of the whole experience and island. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We rented a car to explore the island, but honestly, we could have happily spent all of our time right here. We’re already looking forward to booking this place again!

Summary: Location is perfect. Beautiful view from the second floor balcony. Watching surfers in the morning and drinking coffee could be the most perfect way to start your day. Luis is a great host and just the best at communication. Walking to restaurants and living in the community for a week was just a perfect vacation. Highly recommended!
