This wonderful home on Casco Bay with panoramic views of the ocean, islands, and the town pier makes it the ideal retreat for your private getaway! You will be just minutes from the heart of Falmouth, and awaiting your 15-20 minute drive is even more adventure, restaurants, and shopping in Portland or Freeport.
The main home offers two levels of pure comfort and all the amenities needed to experience a breezy and carefree stay. The living space on the first level features several inviting and light-flooded spots to unwind. The spacious family room has plenty of comfortable seating, wall-to-wall windows with gorgeous views of the bay, a small table with a chessboard, and a large TV with a sound bar. There is a lovely nook with two cushy benches adorned and a fireplace. A sunny den provides a great spot for reading or simply relaxing while admiring the views from the swivel chair. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with exquisite cabinets, endless countertops, and built-in stainless steel appliances that certainly add a modern touch. Off of the kitchen is a hidden wet bar where you can make delicious cocktails or mocktails to enjoy while relaxing on the patio. The large dining table is ideal for family meals and offers incredible views of the water. This level also features a designated laundry room, powder room, and an office with a recliner, desk and chair, and a TV to work or take a break.
There are three bedrooms and two full baths in the main house located upstairs, with the primary bedroom featuring two skylights, a private balcony overlooking the water, and a spacious en suite bathroom. The separate air-conditioned apartment-like studio is perfect for couples or people who would like more privacy. It has a full bath, queen sofa bed with gel top mattress, two-person dining table, TV, and a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, sink, K-cup coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Additional amenities include an adjustable power awning, beach chairs, hammock, gas grill, and fire pit.

Summary: We love every minute of our stay at Oak Bluff! The house had everything we needed and more. Our family took beach walks every morning and played in the big yard every night. The proximity to Portland, Freeport and other towns made it easy for us to see lots of the beauty of Maine. We hope to come and stay again next year!

Summary: Very well appointed home. Cannot beat the views and location. Very clean. All rooms have shades, but our only recommendation would be to add sun or light blocking curtains to the bedrooms. We hope to rent the property again, 10/10 would recommend.

Summary: The home is beautiful and in pristine condition. Basically a historic home in new condition. Very thoughtfully accessorized. The host thought of everything. But the best part is the location and the ocean views. Truly a unique property.

Summary: My family and I had a great stay at Oak Bluff. We found the house beautifully appointed and very comfortable. All the appliances and amenities were top quality. We rented a kayak and paddle board and left it on the beach each evening. It was a wonderful activity. We even trailed the kids off the paddle board in a blow up. We paddled to Clapboard Island. It would have been nice if the house had even a blow up paddle board so we didn’t have to go into Portland to pick it up and pay the expense. Otherwise everything couldn’t have been better.

Summary: And it is equipped with all one needs in the kitchen. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a lounge chair but the hammock worked.
