Positive: Location. Great accommodations.

Negative: Could have been cleaned a bit better before we arrived. We had to do a number of small maintenance items that should have been done beforehand. Garbage truck picks up on Fridays (we found out by chance) and we placed the garbage cans out that apparently had not been emptied for quite some time. Notifying residents of garbage pickup time would be a great idea.

Summary: Great stay, beautiful accommodations (needed better cleaning) and amazing location.

Positive: It was directly on the ocean with easy access from the deck to the sand. It was easy to find and accessible to area attractions and eateries.

Negative: We had an issue with bugs with hopefully will be addressed. It is an older home and could stand a few updates but mainly just from being near the ocean and the salty air.

Summary: We had a good family vacation despite a couple of issues. It was a fun place to be.

Positive: The location and the position right on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. It had all the facilities we wanted, with lots of space. The host & maintenance guy contacted us & came round to fix the problems we had the next day & were lovely.

Negative: The house is really tired and in need of a total update. All the curtains, curtain poles, door handles and a few of the appliances are very old and need to be refreshed. We had to call the host to come out to repair a few things. And they came out and repaired them the next day. The beachside location has taken it's toll on the house.

Summary: We had an amazing stay & the sunrise is the best ever, looking right out onto the private deck.
