Positive: Great location to enjoy the beach, easily walk to local establishments, pier and shops. Grocery store just one mile away. Unit is updated with new appliances, comfortable linens and a nice balcony to watch the sunrise or just watch. Busy area but quiet inside. All essentials are included, just bring food and drink. Place was very clean. There is one parking spot reserved. I have no complaints.

Positive: Fantastic location within walking distance to great restaurants, the condo was clean and well stocked. Beds very comfortable and clean, plenty towels, great washer and dryer!

Negative: Broken lamp shades. No corkscrew No outside table to place drinks on with plastic wine glasses I bought . Only 1 key for 3 adults . A mop would of been handy !

Negative: The unit is next to another unit and two businesses below, of which voices, barking, and traffic are heard but after 9 pm it subsided.
