Summary: The reservation and check in process was seamless and the condo was exactly as the photos and description represented! The cleanliness was a little borderline here and there and there was an issue with the living room TV not staying connected to the Wifi. There was also an issue with the fire system for the building in the box located on the outside of the building, near the elevator, constant beeping with a message stating there was a problem with the system. The host reported it to the property manager but it continued to beep for our entire stay. In the host's defense I don't think she had any control over it as it was a building issue and not related to any one individual condo. Also, the host responded quickly (within minutes) to my emails about the TV and the fire system. She clearly is committed to ensuring her guests are happy! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Summary: Stayed at Ocean Pointe for a return stay. Enjoyed pickleball, swimming at pool, enjoyed great view. Spent time fishing in Keys. Clean unit. Only issue was washing machine in unit took a long time to rinse and spin, impacting dry time.
