Summary: What an amazing spot and so much fun cooking all the meals and enjoying them on the water. I love this place and the cabin is so cute. some advice bring your own beach towels and enjoy!!

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at Oceana Cottages and would happily stay here again. My room was clean, comfortable, and private, and the host was friendly and accommodating when I asked about arriving early. The location is excellent. It's close to Provincetown, whale watching tours, the Atlantic Spice Company, Truro Vineyards, Wellfleet, and some of the best beaches on the Cape. If you're traveling solo, as I often do, I felt completely safe during my stay. One of the things I appreciated most was having access to the bayside beach right across the street. Parking can be expensive on Cape Cod, so it was nice to have a beautiful beach nearby without feeling like I needed to drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore and pay for parking every day. The beach is especially nice for shell collecting and is great for families with children. I didn't mind staying on the street side at all—I simply crossed the road to relax in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the peaceful bay views. On a clear day, you can even see Provincetown across the water. There are also two delis nearby, which made grabbing breakfast or lunch easy and convenient. One unexpected highlight of my trip was a truly unique experience. While walking along the beach, I came across about 50 longfin squid that had washed ashore. It was amazing to see a real squid up close. Two kind women joined me, and together we gently returned them to the ocean. I'd like to think most of them survived. I

Summary: Directly on the beach, you see and hear it all day. Not crowded at all, super easy with a baby since its very easy to do frequent short beach visits.

Summary: I just needed a place to stay, and this gave me that and it was convenient to any other location that we wanted to go to. However, it looked like the deck had suffered some Storm and it looked like it was caving in some areas.

Summary: The location was great, literally right on the water. Check in was easy and the cottage was clean. While the property is older, it was a very pleasant place and the owner was so friendly and helpful.

Summary: While I liked the location and view of ocean, Oceana Cottages did not meet expectations. Cottage was tiny; very little storage space and very poor insulation from noise in adjacent cottage.

Summary: It was a nice cottage by the shore. Loved the chairs right out front if you didn’t want to sit in the sand. It was just where we wanted to be. Was surprised that they didn’t ave a box of kleenex anywhere?
