Summary: Great location - close to Provincetown. Very comfortable rooms including bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very extensive continental breakfast. Overall wonderful one-night stay.

Summary: Great location with most rooms facing Cape Cod Bay. Good size rooms, comfortable furniture, nice bathroom in room. Bonus, private decks for each room! Although we didn't use it, the pool looked nice and many other guests seemed to enjoy it. They are also pet friendly and offer a free daily continental breakfast. 10 min drive to PTown and close to numerous beaches. Easily accessible (directly on Route 6), yet surprisingly quiet. We would stay again for sure!

Summary: Great hotel and location with beautiful views. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the air conditioning unit. It was quite noisy when it came on.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. Only complaint-sink stopper needed adjustment. Trinidad in the continental breakfast nook was excellent. Food well presented. Property well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay another time.

Summary: The hotel was a hidden gem ! I didn’t expect the great close location to Ptown and the views of the ocean bayside I guess you would call it were awesome from the hotel on top of a high peak You could see all the way to the famous Tower in the center of town.The rooms and buildings and landscapes were all new modern and clean inside and out with the best part some of the rooms were dog friendly The staff were also very nice friendly and helpful as to any questions I had I can’t wait to book the same room for next year I’m so glad I found this listing Highly recommended by my family including the dogs

Summary: Dune Crest did an amazing job during the offseason upgrading the landscaping…new pebble driveways, tens of thousands of sea grass plugs, fresh tennis court. Likewise, ourroom (#52) was fresh, redesigned within the past two years I think. Breakfast buffet is always great (including the coffee), and the staff, beginning with Helen at reception, is always friendly and helpful. I believe the price point is higher than previous years, but management’s upgrades made it worthwhile.

Summary: 4th year here and keeps getting better ! Rooms are beautiful and views outstanding. Prices have understandably increased so do think that the continental breakfast could be upgraded.
