Positive: we were given the key code at the arranged time and was so easy to use and we used it each time we went out, so no chance of loosing it, great idea, the hosts were available at anytime, if needed, car spaces available outside the property, the property was outstanding, location perfect, fantastic family holiday in Cornwall and would absolutely recommend and definitely return here. Thankyou very much

Positive: We spend our holidays in Cornwall every year and this is the best property we have stayed in. It is a short stroll from the beach, shops and restaurants in the town centre. The facilities are brilliant and the standard of finish is stunning. The whole family agree that this is our perfect holiday home.

Positive: The property is in a quiet lane but only 5 minutes walk to the town and 10 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches. The house had everything we needed and was very very comfortable. The owner was available on text if we had any issues, which was re-assuring. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything for our stay. Bathrooms were lovely but you must remember to take your own bath towels. Beds were very comfortable in every room. Used the balcony late afternoon for the last of the sun. Washing machine very useful and washing dried quickly on an airer without the need to tumble dry.

Negative: Would have liked a small table and chairs in the garden which had the first morning sun.

Positive: We were 2 families, 8 in total. One family on the ground floor and the other at the top. The accommodation was great for us, bedrooms, living area and kitchen were perfect. It is well situated to the town and close enough to other towns. We would definitely book again if visiting Cornwall in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.
