Positive: The location is wonderful. It is a short walk past the dunes to get to the beach by the ocean. There is ample parking. The area is quiet. It is a short drive to Montauk and there are nearby restaurants.

Positive: You could walk from your room right to a beautiful beach. It was cozy and comfortable, very clean and well set up with a nice kitchen with coffeemaker and fridge and great shower and comfy bed.

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like. It was a perfect getaway for us.

Positive: The location is priceless with a walkway over the sand dunes to get to your own private beach. A very well run hotel that was responsive to my needs!

Positive: The Ocean Vista Resort is a very nice place to spend done days at the seaside. You just cross over the dune and there it is, the ocean. You can use the own chairs on the beach and watch and listen to the sea. And if you are really lucky, you can watch the whales.
