Positive: I love the ocean view from the private balcony. The suite is clean with nice decorations and furnitures. Thanks to the hotel manager Asheley who was accommodating to my needs. Sean Crest is 8 min. to Montauk downtown, were there are restaurants, shops, gas station and grocery store.

Negative: The property has more than 200 rooms. I had a difficult time finding my room in the dark when check in. The heating system makes buzzing noise.
