Summary: This is easily amongst the very best vacation properties we’ve stayed. The hosts are welcoming and hospitable. Communication is always warm, responsive and professional. Our check-in was flawless. Upon touring the property all the members of our party were impressed. The place is sparkling clean. Everything is exactly and as shown in the photos and often times better. With a fully equipped gourmet kitchen this is an entertainer’s dream. Bathrooms are luxurious. All the bedrooms are spacious and clean. With king mattresses and large windows to bring in sunlight and cool breeze the nights were restful. We were even pleasantly surprised to learn that mid level bedroom has an electric mattress - an excellent touch for the elderly gentleman in our party. Sipping on early morning coffee in the many seating areas both inside and outside is peaceful. Relaxing in the hot-tub on the roof as the sun set was the perfect ending to an activity packed day in San Diego. The property is also an excellent work-from-anywhere place with the many areas to setup and work. Connectivity is strong and reliable throughout. The hosts made touches to the property that made everything easy and accessible. Everything is clearly labeled, in its place and nothing is missing. Towels, toiletries, kitchen and laundry supplies all the way down to a cute kids dining set. Everything is there. It felt like a real home and not a just a rental. Location is key here. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the closest beach and less than 15 min walk from a popular swimming beach, and ten minute drive from most popular family beach. Early morning runs along Prospect and Coast blvd were incredibly exhilarating as you take in the beautiful scenery along the La Jolla coast. Also within a 10 minute walk are all the popular restaurants and shops. The Taco Stand just a couple blocks away fed many hungry mouths on more than a few occasions. You’ll also find yourself within minutes of excellent local bakeries and several Michelin rated restaurants with breathtaking views of the coast. You can’t go wrong choosing this place. A special thanks to our hosts. We hope to stay with you again!

Summary: This home was conveniently located within walking distance to many things as well as a short drive to others. The houses rooms were comfortable and the king sized beds in each room were perfect for our family. The outside dining was enjoyed for our family dinners as well as the rooftop and its beautiful views! The bathroom and kitchen amenities were also appreciated!
