Summary: 8 of us stayed at this wonderful property (5 adults and 3 kids under 10). It was just perfect. The house is extremely comfortable and everyone had their own space. We loved the location as for us we wanted to explore Volcano National Park and much of the east side of the island. We did go to Kona for a day which was easily accessible as well. Hilo is awesome and so is this house!

Summary: There property clearly is well built with plenty attention the fine details. The yard has a pool and jacuzzi, perfect to keep the kids engaged in outdoor activities. Chase was very easy to work with messages promptly answered. Would recommend property to any traveler or resident alike.

Summary: This property was very clean and quite spacious. I wish I had known about the stairs since I am handicapped, and stairs are quite difficult. The photos seem embellished, so it was a bit of a surprise to see the actuality. The host, Chase is wonderful. He was so accommodating and kind!

Summary: From the first day we booked to the day that we left, we received almost immediate responses to every question we asked. As usual, there were a couple of arrival difficulties, but the host quickly took care of those. The house is beautiful. We were able to walk to the point and watch the waves and even some whales. They also made great suggestions about restaurants and supermarkets in the area.
