This fully furnished turn key property includes all kitchen utensils, towels and linen needed for your vacation enjoyment. King sized bed in the Master Suite with private bathroom, Queen sized bed in guest room and Queen sized sofa sleeper. Property sleeps maximum of 6 with maximum adults of 4. Pinacate is 24 hour guard gated community with swimming pool and spa. Nice gardened grounds and beach area plus walkway over to Sandy Beach. Stay a few nights... you'll never want to leave!

Summary: Overall, a good experience. 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with an amazing view of both the courtyard and the ocean/beach. Detailed review: Safety: A (on site security guards 24/7, safe gated free parking) Room: B (at first glance seems great but the more you're there the more you realize its just okay. Weird clutter, many broken things, has not been painted in decades, most kitchen stuff is mismatched second hand items, etc. With some TLC/minor upgrades would be great.) View: A (pool and beach) Quietness: A (no city or road noise, just an occasional noisy neighbor) Grounds overall: A (lots of sitting, beach access, nice looking pool, very clean and well kept) Pool: C (extremely cold, not heated. Like jumping into a cold river during spring. Clean though. "Hot tub" is also cold/not heated.) Location: A (lots of restaurants within walking distance, beach very close, grocery stores close, minimal shopping but very close to Malecon point) Would I stay there again/recommend to a friend?: It depends. The location convenience, safety, and view make this a wonderful spot for someone who likes to go out a lot. The oldness of the room ( needing significant TLC) and the ice cold swimming pool drag this place down if you're someone who spends a lot of time at the room and at the pool.

Summary: As a Independent travel agent I highly recommend this place! * It was clean, modern and inviting *Location and view were amazing !!!!! * We felt safe- liked having secure and patrolled entrance and grounds * quiet and peaceful area * easy check in process * adequate parking and amenities We will definitely return to this slice of heaven. And the ambiance of the waves crashing in as we lay our heads to rest! There are no cons! Just remember your not in the U.S and you simply cannot compare apples to apples when it comes to water pressure or a lack of as we experienced! We made it work by altering our shower times and ect! We had no issues with internet service and we can’t rate the quality of TV channels as we did not watch TV! We were to busy watching the amazing sunset and sunrise from the patio! Great coffee and tea shop close by! We will definitely be back!

Summary: This property is literally right on the beach. it was great waking up in the morning and looking out the window at the Sea of Cortez. i am a foodie and love to cook. the shrimp were in season so we had lots of opportunities to cook with fresh shrimp. they were swimming that morning and i was cooking them that afternoon. this property clearly showed pride in ownership. the kitchen is stocked well with cookware, (Farberware) which unfortunately hadn't been cared for by some of the renters but still good for what i needed. there are good knives for use but i brought my own. towels were all of good quality, beds were comfortable and it was great to open the screen door to the balcony and the front door to let the ocean breeze through. didn't need the air con at all. 2 TV's but only CNN in English. that was perfect because we didn't go to watch TV but its there if you wanted. Water is safe to drink from the tap but they also provide sanitized water from a bottle. overall great property for a week getaway. we really enjoyed ourselves and will go back again. there are BBQ's to use, a large swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on site.
