Beautifully appointed condominium on the beach with sunrise and sunset views from your bed, pool views from your living room! Completely renovated to the studs, completed July 2020 and still in brand new condition! This oceanside retreat in the gated community of The Ocean Club at Mantoloking is calling your name. The bedroom offers ocean to bay views, while the living room overlooks the beautiful, heated Olympic size swimming pool.
Unit is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, blend or shake a beverage, bake a dessert or scoop ice cream. Full size kitchen appliances, full size washer and dryer, and an X-Large grill to BBQ your favorites. Convenient walk to local restaurants and bars.
No need fight for a parking spot, you've got 2! Beach chairs and umbrella are all at your finger tips. Grab your favorite drink, walk down the stairs, across the dune walk and onto our private, guarded beach. Look north 100 yards and notice the public beach bathers are stacked like sardines, while you stretch your beach blanket out and soak in the sun. No public restrooms for you, because your private oasis (and bathroom) is just steps away. If you’ve enjoyed enough sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and jump in the Olympic size heated pool.
Bring along your bikes, running/walking shoes. The Shore area is flooded with bike and foot traffic all day long, whether you’re headed out for exercise, to explore the local boutiques, grab an ice cream or meal.
Looking for some fun off the beach? Check the calendar of events for poolside bingo, cornhole tournaments, evening bonfires, and lots of other fun activities at the OC.

Property Fee is $400/week June - August and $200/week Sept - May. This fee is included in the advertised nightly rental rate, but will be deducted from the nightly rate at the time of booking and paid directly to the owner with all other fees no less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Summary: Property is just like it’s pictured very clean and very organized. We enjoyed our stay the weather was a little questionable, but it did turn out nice on the weekend. The pool was a great Second option during the windy days at the beach. We really enjoy getting together as a family and taking some relaxation time at the Jersey shore.

Summary: Immaculate with all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen. Location is great --this condo community is on the beach and near good restaurants and minutes from the Pt. Pleasant boardwalk. Karlie, the owner, was always available to answer any questions.
