Positive: The house is very nice with comfy couches/ futons and lots of space for separate lounging and TV watching. Kitchen stocked when lots of useful items and plenty of dishes and cooking products. Loved that they have games, books, and tons of DVD's plus all the apps for watching your favorite shows on the large screen TV's. Hot tub is a great plus for extra relaxation. Huge shower and nice relaxing tub in master bathroom with all the amenities like shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, etc. There were many things there I didn't even need to pack. Outside seating area with firepit was lots of fun to gather round and keep warm. It's great that it's in an enclosed outside area to block the coastal wind but still enjoy the evenings.

Negative: A little too much chemicals in the hot tub that burns your eyes after a few minutes of being in it. The thermostat is not working at this time so there are heaters included in each room to stay warm but can't be used at the same time as they will blow the breaker and you can't access the breaker box to fix without contacting someone to help you since it's located in the locked garage. Beds were not the most comfortable and squeek at the slightest movement. The heated mattress pads on each side of the beds were a nice touch for comfortable temperature control for each person though.

Positive: The house was very spacious and clean! The hot tub was perfect, and we loved the walk down to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked as well which made cooking so much easier! We loved this whole house!

Negative: I don't like Vacasa. They are always difficult to deal with and they have no refund policy, if not satisfied. Often, I have found them to be rude and unpleasant in our dealings. Had I known it was a Vacasa property when my girlfriend made the reservation, I would have found another place. They owe me money from a place I stayed in, in Colorado last year. I will do everything in my power to never give them another dime.

Summary: Nice property, but they need to get away from Vacasa....They are the worst
