Summary: This is one of the few hotels that has balconies overlooking the ocean. That's why we stayed here. However, it's a bit of a walk from the main area and mostly uphill (To the hotel it's uphill. Leaving the hotel, it's mostly downhill). It's about a kilometer. Once you get to the hotel, there's a long flight of stone steps. The hotel is on the side of a small mountain. The owner is very nice and helpful. He'll rent you a scooter or arrange a tuktuk. The tuktuk is greatly discounted from the pier price (what they ask for when you step off the boat).

Summary: We arrived at the hotel at 11am, but they were very happy to show us the room. It was a spacious room with the beautiful ocean! The hotel also has a small restaurant and we had dinner there. We enjoyed the home style meals with the sunset and beer. We were very happy, and we love to come back some day!

Summary: Owner was very accommodating in effort to make this a comfortable stay. We rented a scooter right at the hotel entrance for 300BHt per day, best way to get around. Short tuk tuk from ferry (80 BHT) and can still walk into town if you'd like. Very safe area and secluded but owner lives on site and speaks excellent English. Great roadside seafood restaurant in town a short walk from room.
