Summary: Our stay in Ocean City was everything our family could have asked for. The location was perfect! We loved watching the waves from the dining room table. The property owner, Cathy, was easy to contact, helpful, and flexible. She was a pleasure to rent from! I would certainly recommend this property to anyone who would like a relaxing Ocean City getaway at a beautiful place, with great views and wonderful location! Thank you Cathy!

Summary: The lock to the door is broken and it took us awhile to get into the apartment. The shower curtain had mold on it so we showered outside. The outside shower roof was broken and there were parts leaning up against the wall inside the shower. We had to buy a knife and paper plates because there was no knives and there was only one full size dinner plate. Oh, and the freezer is all frosted over and not working properly. We put out ice cream on the door and it all melted. We weren’t happy with the rental but we made the best of it only to come home to find the owner charged us for an “excessive cleaning fee”. Btw, we left the house in the same condition we got it in.

Summary: Thank you Cathy for sharing your condo with us. It was nice to wake up every morning to breakfast with a view! The condo provided everything we needed for our stay. While we did not use the beach near the property seeing we like walking down to the end in the National Park area I did see that beach tags were provided! If I had one recommendation it would be to have new carpet installed. The carpet is extremely dirty and worn...but understandable when you are dealing with the beach! But we would stay again...and hope to next year! Thanks again!

Summary: What an amazing location, so close to the beach! Love the area, very quiet and the trolly takes you right up to the boardwalk at night. The house was as described, a little dated but very cozy and comfortable for us and our two kids. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was really nice. Yes, as another reviewer described the washer makes a really loud noise so I suggest you use it during the day. The kids room was great, there are games, paper and crayons in there which my kids loved. Beds are pretty comfy and the house was very clean. I loved seeing the ocean from the window and having my coffee in the pavilion and listening to the waves in the morning. Also there were 4 beach tags for us to use which was so convenient. Lots of plates, cups, some pots and utensils were helpful too. There was a single serving Keurig and some kcups to use. Outdoor shower was great and made it really easy to clean up after the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! My only concern was the door knob/lock would stick and it took a little effort to unlock it each time. It should probably be replaced. Wi-fi would be a good addition as well.

Summary: Our family of four spent a week here. The location of this condo is great! We could easily walk to/from the beach - especially helpful with our 2 young children. The beds were comfortable and so was the family room. The view was great and very enjoyable during meals. There is an outside shower but it’s very small and the door was hard to latch (a handle on the inside would be helpful). There isn’t any outside space (no porch or yard) and the kitchen needs some updating (the bar/counter was very wobbly and there was only 1 chef’s knife and a small spatula). There is a washer and dryer in the condo. It’s located in the closet of the bunk bed room which I knew ahead of time but it was very noisy so I was very limited in when I could do laundry (both because of my kids sleeping in that room and the noise I’m sure it made for the downstairs renters). With young kids I did need to do laundry every few days. Cathy was great and responded quickly to my emails ahead of time and texts while we were there. It’s obvious that they love this condo and take care of it.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much!! We loved the ocean view while eating our meals and enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. Every morning our little girls played on the beach swings across the street while mommy and daddy had their coffee. Win win right there! We made a lot of great memories and hope to return again next year.
