Positive: Everything about the house is absolutely stunning – the view, the location, the house itself. Nico and his wife were very welcoming and helpful hosts. They communicated before and during the stay, gave us recommendations, left local snacks at the house, and arranged a taxi to get us to the airport. I could have stayed many more days just watching the ocean, swinging in the hammock, enjoying the sunset, and using the outdoor showers!

Positive: Nicolas was the ultimate amazing host. He was attentive, informative and met all of our needs. We really appreciated his attention to our questions and being available to answer our questions. The house is so lovely, The rooms and bathrooms are well appointed, the yard is very scenic and the parking is very easy! You can walk to the center and to the ferry from the place. Ample towels and comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor showers!

Negative: Some of the rooms were too warm even with AC running through the house. Kitchen layout is a bit awkward, dishes and glasses are in a different room. .;

Positive: Nicolau our host was very helpful and accommodating. He gave great suggestions on restaurants and things to do on the island. He was very flexible on checkout and responsive to our requirements. He was the perfect host!

Negative: The weather! Very changeable, making it hard to plan activities. Big storm hit for two days during our stay which limited our use of the facilities.
