Beautifully renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located directly on the beautiful beaches of N. Hutchinson Island. Our nautical-themed resort condo (Ocean Harbour South, OHS) is located between Vero Beach and Ft. Pierce on the East Coast of warm and sunny Florida.
Our unit, complete with all modern amenities, is located on the 7th floor of the building which provides a stunning view of the ocean.
MASTER ROOM
The master bedroom features a king size bed, large walk-in closet, reading lamps, 40" TV, and large window with gorgeous view of the ocean. We supply linens for your stay.
GUEST ROOM
The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds when pushed together becomes 1 king bed, walk-in closet, 32" TV, and reading lamp. We supply linens for your stay.
GUEST BATH
Newly renovated guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. We supply towels for your stay.
KITCHEN
The full kitchen boasts appliances, granite counter tops, dishware, glassware, cutlery, pots/pans, and garbage disposal.

We are located directly on the ocean with the sand beckoning at your feet.

Summary: This unit is very well maintained, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Ocean views can't be beat. We used the fully stocked kitchen frequently, but also enjoyed the many restaurants within a short distance - including some new ones in Fort Pierce. Coming from the cold northern climate, it was great to be able to golf a couple times a week at several different local courses. The pool is kept in excellent condition, and we had a good time socializing with other guests at the pool. (Ocean Harbour South has the friendliest guests and owners!) Best of all, the owners of this unit are most accommodating and do everything possible to ensure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommend this unit.

Summary: The owners take great care to provide a clean, well equipped unit! The ocean view is breathtaking. We loved our stay at OHS. The residents and renters were friendly and helpful. We love to be able to walk to shops and restaurants; this location requires a car.

Summary: This was our third time renting at Ocean Harbour South and it was by far the best rental unit we have seen. The place was impeccably clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, glasses, plates, utensils, pots, etc., including some nice extra touches such as an electric tea pot. Lots of space to store our own groceries in the cabinets. The king size bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. We liked the clean lines of the decor in the dining room and living room. The wood laminate floor was very attractive and easy to keep clean. The owners were professional, welcoming, accessible, and did everything possible to ensure we we were prepared and enjoyed our stay. As always, the Ocean Harbour South community was very friendly and sociable. The views are unmatched. We enjoy the easy access to the pool and beach. We have already booked our stay for 2018!

Summary: We escaped to Ocean Harbour South from the cold weather in Canada and we could not have had a more amazing experience. Here is why: 1) The views from the condo are amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. You can hear the beach, see the beach and fully enjoy the views from the beautiful balcony or when seated on the comfortable couch in the living area. 2) The amenities are amazing. There is a beautiful pool in the complex, a lovely complex club with activities to take part in. The beach is at the doorstep. 3) The condo is well equipped: everything you could need to have a wonderful stay is thought of. The kitchen is new and beautifully kept. The bedrooms are well appointed and so comfortable with enough storage space. The entire unit is spotless. The bathrooms are beautifully kept. The laundry unit is convenient. There is a large TV in the living area and there is a beautiful kitchen table to have lovely dinners at. 4) The location is so relaxing- just close enough to the town for convenience but a quiet and relaxed location to getaway to right off the beach. 5)The owners were so courteous, organized and so amazing to deal with. They were very accommodating and made sure our vacation was the getaway we needed. This was a great place to come with our kids but would also be a very relaxing and romantic getaway for two, or for anyone looking to getaway and enjoy the beach.

Summary: Ocean Harbor South truly is an ocean-front paradise! We have tried many different areas in Florida for vacations over the years, but we didn't know what we were missing until we found this unit....and this owner! We found Ocean Harbor South to be centrally located to many attractions, including museums, antique stores, golf courses, a driving range, and lots of restaurants. We love walking the beach in the morning, enjoying the pool, and riding our bikes. Bonus....there is a dedicated bicycle riding lane on A1A with several parks and attractions within riding distance! This place is special in so many ways. The unit is renovated, clean, and modern. The new kitchen is great, the dining area is roomy, the bathrooms are nicely decorated and the furniture is comfortable. We especially love the fact that, being on the 7th floor, you can watch the sun rise over the ocean, and you can see the sun set over the inter-coastal! Also, we found the owners to be lovely people who were very accommodating and reliable. We look forward to returning again and again:)

Summary: We have been returning to North Hutchinson Island for six years staying in oceanview condos along N. Hwy. A1A so we are very familiar with the area and all it offers. This condo in Ocean Harbour South is exactly as advertised only better. The pictures and descriptions of this 7th floor condo are accurate and you will not be disappointed in anything there. Condo is well maintained and clean with new kitchen, granite tops and new appliances, large TV with cable service, extremely comfortable beds (king in master is especially good), comfortable living room furniture and dinning table that seats 6. The location in OHS on the 7th floor provides excellent direct views of the ocean as it changes every day including fabulous sunrises. Ocean Harbour South is the friendliest North Hutchinson Island condo in which we have stayed over these years. Large pool and direct access to the ocean is provided. Everybody who owns or rents these units are friendly, helpful and ready for you to join them in the activities they do every day, if you wish. All this on North Hutchinson Island, a very non-congested area with easy access to many areas such as Vero Beach which is only 15 minutes away. Many nearby restaurants offer menus for everyone including fish (many excellent places to choose from), Italian, Mexican, Chineese, BBQ or just hamburgers. This location on an island that is not congested, with easy access to many attractions including golf and excellent fishing and major highways to travel anywhere in Florida, is a real plus. In addition, the owners are just the greatest people. They will do anything to guarantee your stay at this condo will be fun, relaxing and something to remember.

Summary: Our recent vacation in Vero Beach was exactly what we needed! The hustle of a big Canadian city can add up, especially near the end of the year when the weather begins to get really cold. A sweet escape to the South Harbour Vero beach condo was the most perfect remedy. As a couple, we flew into Miami Florida and after a scenic 2 hour drive we arrived to the condo. The condo was directly on the beach, the view was outstanding! Every morning we woke up to the sound of the ocean outside a massive window in the master bedroom. The condo was equipped with a full kitchen, and all of the dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, etc. that we needed. This condo had 2 bedrooms, perfect for a family; however not necessary for the 2 of us. The living area was quite larger than we expected, 2 bathrooms were also very convenient. The condo also has a decent size washer and dryer that we used during our stay, we were actually surprised to have our own appliances. The grocery stores and restaurants were only a short 5-7 minute drive away. The condo was in fantastic condition, very clean and we really saw a pride of ownership. The decor in this condo is nautical, a personal favourite. The condo complex had a small fitness room which we used, very kept. Although, the early morning runs along the beautiful beach was much more enjoyable. The owners were exceptional with us in terms of answering all questions when we booked our stay, and providing helpful information about the condo and surrounding area. We would definitively consider returning to this place! Vero beach is an untold secret and this condo was absolutely beautiful!

Summary: I stayed at this condo for a month in January and it was great. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. The king size bed in the master was great. The area is beautiful and very relaxing. I woke up every morning and enjoyed my coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was great!! I will be back.
