Summary: Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak.

Summary: The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next.

Summary: My fiancé and I stayed her for about 3 weeks in July. We loved everything about this property and wished we could have stayed longer. The water is so close to you. You can literally see whales and otters and seals from the bedroom. We even saw a whale tale not 200 ft away from our front door (so cool!!). I was able to work remotely off of the wifi and only had connectivity issues for one day, which was fixed instantly once I notified the property manager. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook from home. One thing that we really appreciated was the fact that they asked guests to remove their shoes before stepping onto the carpet. The whole apartment felt overwhelmingly clean which was fantastic. The last thing I will mention is the private access to the beach where you can find an endless amount of sea glass. We loved every second of this stay. If you are on the fence about staying here, I promise you, you won’t regret it.
