Summary: Lovely well appointed studio. The owners have optimized the space through tasteful furnishings, kitchen supplies and decor. My husband and I were quite comfortable and able to easily prepare simple meals (mostly lunches). The balcony is quite lovely to sit outside. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

Summary: Mindy was awesome, let me start there! She made us feel welcomed and gave us a bottle of wine, fresh lemons from her lemon tree along with a welcome card. This villa was unbelievably classy and the interior design alone was impressive. I have traveled all over the world and this is one of the most exquisite views I have ever been privileged enough to see. God’s art was ever changing moment by moment! The attention to detail and all the little things made this a place to remember. I would suggest renting a vehicle to explore all of the wonderful places around Santa Barbara!! Book this place now, I will be back! Thank you!!

Summary: Villa Floresco is a fantastic spot to base out of when exploring the Santa Barbara area. The unit is spotless, well provisioned, impeccably decorated and has unbelievable sunset views, and we were even tipped off by Mindy about an early morning rocket launch that was easily visible from the deck.

Summary: Villa Floresco is a stunningly beautiful gem tucked away in a quiet hillside. Views are definitely reminiscent of Tuscany. The place is cutely furnished and had all amenities you need. The bed is comfortable. The balcony was lovely to relax on and watch the sunset.The area is QUIET, very peaceful. Quick access to downtown, the beach, or beautiful trails nearby.Mindy is an extremely kind and gracious host. Her communication was stellar and we felt very warmly welcomed. 11/10 would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Very nice stay for four nights at Villa Floresco. Online description is very accurate with one large room and en-suite bath. Everything is in top condition. Stunning views to the mountains and overlooking the city and ocean. Property shows clear pride of ownership. Very convenient to hiking trails, about 10 minutes to downtown restaurants and 15 to the harbor.

Summary: The property was outstanding, with gorgeous views it’s a must get away! The hosts Mindy and Ian are incredibly accommodating and hospitable would check up on us from time to time, making our stay truly enjoyable and feel at home. It was a great experience, the villa is very clean and everything is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely come back. Thanks to the lovely couple for sharing their gorgeous place with us.
