Summary: Small view of ocean but neighbors patio and window right in front of our window. Luca was excellent as we were first given a room with a view of a concrete wall. She was able to change our room and it was much better

Summary: We were forced to upgrade and pay an additional $90 plus taxes a night as the room we had booked had been smoked urn. We were shown 4 rooms and only one of them was suitable in light of allergy induced asthma. Staff were polite and accommodating, but when your forced to pay an extra $100 a night that you weren’t counting due to no fault of your own, it doesn’t leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. The suite we stayed in was great. It was clean and had clearly been newly renovated. We recommend that particular room but perhaps not the hotel itself.

Summary: It was a great experience. The only thing is that if you have a larger vehicle it may not fit in underground parking and will have to park across the road in public parking.
