Positive: There was so much space. My mom, and each boy had a room. My boyfriend and I ended up sleeping in the front room, on the big couch, and there was still plenty of space! Beach access was less than 5 minutes away. Such a perfect location.. We will be back!

Negative: There was no hand soap and the pots/pans weren't great, but nothing unmanageable.

Summary: So much space, close to beach access, and a great value!

Positive: Great setup for a big family/group of friends. Enough bedrooms for privacy, but plenty of common space to hang out together. My one note on our last stay here was that a tiny, one-cup, coffee pot was pretty small for a house that hosts 8 people; and it has since been upgraded to a Keurig and a 12-cup pot. Great to see that the owners pay attention to improving their facilities!

Negative: If a future remodel is ever in the works, it would be worth determining if it is possible to add a 2nd bathroom, even if it cuts into the size of the main bathroom.

Positive: Location is great and well set up for a larger group. We only had 6 this trip but 8 would have still had room to spare with enough bedrooms for privacy.

Negative: Minor issues: Could use a larger coffee pot (only makes 2 cups) and some of the dining room chairs need replaced as the pegs aren't holding them together securely.

Summary: Great location with a clean and well kept house suitable for larger group.

Negative: a mandatory rental agreement was provided by the property manager Vacasa only *after* I made a non-refundable payment. it stated a 2-dog limit which was not advertised at booking.com. when I pointed this out with screenshots they still insisted it was stated and would not release me from the reservation or even offer a discount. when communicating with customer service by email you get a different agent every time and nobody reads the previous messages in the thread so they miss the context. I finally called and spoke with a manager and they still refused to budge in any way. also when we arrived there were piles of laundry all over the furniture and one room of beds was unmade
