Negative: When we checked in, room has a strong smell of smoke. I stayed with my kids and this was not really good.

Negative: Reception or contact, its so difficult to reach to caretaker. The aircon did not work coz battery is flat. Language barrier.

Positive: The Rooms were great and they were kept clean . It was safe. Good access to amenities

Negative: The staff do not speak English and it made communication very challenging

Positive: Very comfortable bed and very safe neighbourhood, lots of amenities close by.

Negative: It was very full when I was there and so the lift system was overwhelmed and I had to regularly wait a long time to get the lift. The motion sensor light that turns on even at nighttime was very annoying.
