Positive: The location is excellent. It's close to the beach and alot of eating places. The manager in the day is wonderful.
Negative: It needs to be upgraded. The air conditioner is way too loud. And just a couple other things and it'll be perfect

Positive: The man behind the front desk was friendly and apologetic about the issues we had. The hotel was in a good location.
Negative: Got to the hotel at expected checkin time to be told room would be another 40 minutes before ready. Went back to be told again it was going to be another 30 minutes. Make note that there is only staff members on the property between the supposedly hours of 9.30am -9.30pm which we hen had to call in the morning for someone to attend the office so we could check out. Someone arrived at 10am. Be expected for your car to be damaged in the car park, ours was damaged on both sides. .

Positive: The Ocean Mile is an OLD FLORIDA MOM & POP Hotel you just don't see Around Anymore So DON'T EXPECT A ROBOT TO TURN DOWN YOUR BED OR MAKE YOU BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING. Even The Rates are Old Florida. Very Relaxing Pool Area, Well Maintained with Plenty of Plant & Tree Foliage around it you'd think you were in a Jungle. I Requested a Ground Floor Room & Received it without any Questioning.. Oliver one of the owners was out EVERYDAY Cleaning, Watering Plants, Organizing the Pool Area for Your Comfortable Stay. You want to go Back to The Old Florida Feel & Style of Florida. Try the Ocean Mile.
