Summary: Spotless is a stretch but it was clean enough. I checked in very late (2AM) so had to pound on the window and ring the bell for 15 minutes before the agent appeared but I understand it was late and he was sleeping. Otherwise it was fine and well-situated near the beach. Price was fair.

Summary: Nice Clean room with WiFi and parking. Staff was friendly. The room was cold. No heating system only a plugin fan/heater that didn’t work that well.

Summary: It gets 5 stars not because its a 5-star motel (motel not hotel) it gets 5-stars because location wise and time of year it was a great value and reasonable overall price for an outer sunset place to stay during new years. Walking to java beach every morning brings me back

Summary: The reason you’re there is for the price. It’s a bit of a dive. The room is clean. The TV is a bit complicated but you can login with your own Netflix account. There is no Wi-Fi. Phone signal is weak near the beach. There is no view of the ocean. You get a view of the parking lot good shower pressure with good hot water.
