Summary: I like the fact that they will accommodate you as much as possible to fit your needs, we originally had an upstairs room but since they have no elevators, we asked to change downstairs and with a walk-in shower due to our disabilities and they were more than happy to accommodate us

Summary: Disliked that the hotel says two queens beds and they are not queens they are full too small for two people. Not a big problem but low noise all night
