Summary: This is the third time my family of 11 has stayed here (in December). Amazing view, very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room area and bedrooms. The kids (3 & 6) loved the huge beanbags and Duplo blocks. Very quiet neighborhood (at least in the winter). Beach access a block away (down a short, but somewhat steep rocky path). Host Sandy is easy to reach and very responsive.

Perfect for a multigenerational trip, the grandparents enjoyed the view while the teens loved being down on the beach, the games, the puzzles, their huge top floor room, and the fire pit. The best outfitted kitchen I have ever rented, it has everything! We would all stay again.

Any questions you may have, Sandy is quick to respond. The house is still in great condition and has all the amenities you could wish for. Summary: The view is amazing! All the rooms are clean and well equipped. The kitchen is big and holds everything you need for your stay. Some of the items are a little out dated, but worked. The private access does not take you down completely to the beach without a rock climb, but the easy access is only a block away. It was a wonderful October birthday getaway in a beautiful house! The host is amazing to work with and easy to communicate with! Will definitely make a return trip!
