WHERE WE ARE: If you’re looking for a vacation away from the touristy scene, then Ocean Breeze is for you! The property is located in a developing neighborhood between Laborie and Choiseul just 15 minute drive from Hewanorra International Airport.
The house has enough sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests to spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 2,700 square feet of living space, making it an ideal accommodation choice for a family or a group of close friends looking for the ultimate Caribbean experience.
Although the house overlooks the Caribbean Sea, the beach adjacent to the house is not conducive to swimming due to the strong current. However, the safer local beach, Laborie Beach is a 10 minute drive, and the more popular white sand beach, Sandy Beach, is a 15 minute drive.
THE SPACE: The space consists of 1 bedroom (queen bed), and bathroom on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second floor (1 with a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds). The second floor bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: You will find your escape at this private property. The house has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay including wireless internet access, air conditioning throughout the house, as well as ceiling fans. The exterior doors, and windows are all screened. There is a TV with cable, and radio - sure to appease your down time during your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, small appliances, cookware, and eating and cooking utensils. We also provide bed linen and towels. The many windows throughout the house frame an expansive view of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding scenery, creating a tropical backdrop for your trip. SURVEILLANCE: The property is equipped with exterior security cameras. The cameras are installed for the purposes of additional security and are positioned at entry access points (i.e. front gates, side gate, back steps, pool area at rear of the property. Be assured! There are no surveillance cameras installed inside the house.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: For a reservation made for more than 2 persons, a fee of $50 per person per night is required for each additional person thereafter.
The Property Owner must be notified of additional guests added to the initial reservation.
At no time shall the occupancy of the property exceed the number of persons on the reservation without prior authorization and compensation to the Property Owner.

Summary: Have just returned home from a 2 week stay at this beautiful home. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The back and front yard is well kept and the pool was so warm. The area felt safe and was quiet and the neighbours that we met were very kind including the owners sister. All communication with the owner was easy and she responded very quickly. We discovered a beautiful beach only 10 minutes away - do not let the road into the house put you off , it’s quite rough but it’s maybe only 2 blocks long. If and when we return to St Lucia I would certainly stay at this property again.

Summary: Me and my wife loved our time in st. Lucia! The house was so clean and fresh. The home owners sister came and welcomed us with fresh fruits and veggies and was a wonderful contact with any and question we had. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the bathrooms were so big and clean. We would highly recommend especially with having a private pool! Thank you for making our time so enjoyable!

Summary: Our perfect location on southen end of island to sample the more less tourist orientated area. The Villa was really lovely and to top it all off a beautiful infinity swiming pool with a direct view of the Caribbean.

Summary: Tecia's home was outstanding. Spacious, airy, beautifully landscaped, tastefully decorated, comfortable, modern conveniences, safe, positive family vibes are but a few of the wonderful qualities of her home. Every effort was made to ensure that the renters would be satisfied, and we were! Everything was as described in the VRBO details as well as the info emailed to us including the guest handbook. No detail was overlooked. She has the best house and property in her community. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. We could see the Pitons from the front and the ocean from the back of the house. It was obvious she loved this home. Hopefully, we can return in the near future. As an added pleasant surprise, her northern home base was only an hour away from where we live in Maryland. We will definitely plan to meet in person soon. Thanks for the memories, Tecia.

Summary: Tecia has a beautiful home and she has put a lot of effort into making her property so wonderful. There is a great view and her house has everything you could need including a huge AC Unit in the main space that quickly cooled the place off. The new pool was a great touch.

Summary: Tecia's home is well thought out and very spacious. The kitchen has every utensil and appliance you could possibly need. The photos of the view and home are very accurate. She has recently added a pool and the landscaping is in progress. However, the pandemic has been very hard on this area. The closest restaurants were in Vieux Fort, which if you are not used to driving on the left side and curvy hilly roads takes a half an hour. We were not comfortable driving after dark and a cocktail, so cooked in. The other thing we were not aware of was there are no stores open on Sunday, (the day we arrived) and they closed at 1:00 on Tuesday for Independence Day, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. Our meals on those days were not very exciting. We also had problems finding tour operators that were open.

Summary: The home is located in a local community this house has all the conveniences of our own home. The view was unbelievable. We enjoyed sitting out each evening and the view of the water and warm breeze. It was easy to explore the area near the home. Tecia was in contact with us often and we were able ask questions as needed to feel more comfortable with our new location. Thank you again for the use of your beautiful home. It was a wonderful and relaxing part of our trip to St.Lucia!

Summary: What a beautiful home this is. Very safe and secure. And since it's down a dirt road off the beaten path it's very quiet. The check in process was a breeze, as was check out. All the amenities you could want in a home for a week. The veranda is just a gorgeous spot to have morning coffee and evening cocktails. We spent a lot of time there listening to the sound of the sea and just relaxing. The only thing that could make this a better stay would be sea access. But since there is a cliff down to the water... not an option. The property owner was always just a text away. The only thing I couldnt do was use the oven as I couldn't figure it out. Who needed coffee cake anyway! Great place. I would recommend it highly!

Summary: The property is nice. All amenities were good. Tecia was helpful and co-operative. The resident manager, Val was very good and helpful. The driver, Rick was responsible and well behaved. Overall we had a good stay. I would strongly recommend this place for families. The sea view from back porch was excellent and we had a relaxing time.
