This is one of only a few luxury condos directly on the water, with stunning views of the ocean and right on the world-famous Malecon in downtown Puerto Vallarta. The location couldn't be any better: Restaurants, Bars and Shops, and many iconic places in Puerto Vallarta, all within a few minute's walking distance.
The building was one of the first luxury hotels in Puerto Vallarta. Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor Frequently stayed here when it was a hotel.
3rd Floor, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry room, large oceanfront wrap-around terrace with panoramic views of the bay, city lights, and the Malecon. You also will enjoy the rooftop with sun chairs, umbrellas, dining tables, and chairs
This home is beautifully appointed and has everything you need, including wireless internet access, cable TV, Netflix, and stunning views of the bay, the Malecon, and the city.
Spot whales beyond the palms and crashing surf as sounds waft from a buzzing street. The living space flows through sliding glass doors to a wraparound deck with sublime views, pops of fresh color and quaint artifacts pepper the traditional styling.
Fishing and diving charters are just up the street. The old town, the Mercado, the beach, art galleries, the cathedral, and many of the best restaurants in town are all right outside your door. If you want to venture out a little further, you'll never wait more than two minutes for a cab or an Uber ride here. Feeling adventurous?
Your vacation experience is a combination of Mexican music, crashing waves, disco music, crowd applause, and general nightlife activity. If you are a light sleeper, use our Alexa Echo in both bedrooms for soothing white noise. Instructions are attached to the furniture in each bedroom. The blanket of white noise comes in handy, especially on weekends when there is a live salsa band from 10 PM to 1 AM in the restaurant two stories down. Or better yet, just join the fiesta!

The location couldn’t be more fun, and the views were more breathtaking. Located directly opposite Bustamante’s famous “In Search of Reason,” this is a bustling stretch of the Malecon. Yes, the music can run late (hosts have provided earplugs— didn’t need them) but the crashing surf was a delightful soporific. Beds and furnishings were of the highest quality. We loved the in-house restaurant with limey (rather than syrupy) margaritas. But the balcony was the star of the show. Whether people watching, sharing a bottle of wine, or just reading book, I promise you will remember your time there. (David, 12.2018)

Beautiful, clean space in the heart of the Malecon - we wanted for nothing as Patrick and Luz have everything covered, even noise cancelling fans and tequila! We have stayed in PV numerous times and Patrik’s condo has been our favourite. The view is breathtaking, the location is perfect and the condo is absolutely beautiful. Beyond our expectations. Patrik's place is beautiful, just as it looks in the pictures. The view is amazing and having the large doors that open all the way give it such an open feeling, with the ocean right below. The welcome postcard with the complimentary tequila was a very nice touch. Patrik is a wonderful host, responds very quickly and very helpful. The location is great, right on the Malecon in Centro close to many bars, restaurants, plus of course the ocean is right there and beach isn't far. The downside of being right on the Malecon and in the middle of things is the noise, so be prepared. Otherwise would highly recommend! (Merridy, 11/2018)

Summary: From the moment we arrived we were pleased with the location and views. We were greeted by a unit manager who handed us the keys, gave us a tour of the condo and answered any questions we had. The owners had helpful notes/labels throughout the unit. We never had any issues. Yes, there is a bar/restaurant close to the unit and it can be noisy but the noise never went past midnight. Plus the owners have Alexa devices in each room that can drown out the outside noise. The unit is in a safe area and it has building exterior doors that lock. It also has an elevator so no stair climbing. The balcony views are breathtaking and we spent most evenings and mornings sitting outside. Best place to see the Puerto Vallarta Sunset. Next time we come to Puerto Vallarta we will be seeking to stay here again.

Summary: We love staying here! Such a convenient and beautiful location! The lively nightlife doesn't bother us and we don't even notice when we close up for the night. The house is very well appointed with anything you need and Patrik and Anchel are lovely and responsive hosts. Can't wait to come back next year!

Summary: The Condo we rented was located right on the waterfront in the middle of the Puerto Vallarta Malecon. We were on the 4th floor which gave us an unobstructed 180 degree view of the water and the sliding patio doors fully opened to allow indoor/outdoor living. The second to last morning we saw a pod of whales in the bay while sitting on the patio and were lucky enough to see one jump right out of the water in front of us about 200-300 yards off shore. The condition of the accommodations was superb with sound proofing windows that blocked out most of the external noise and allowed for a peaceful sleep. The offsite owner Patrik was very proactive in texting us to ensure we had everything we needed and the onsite property manager Angel was quick to assist us with any questions that we had. There were countless restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well a full kitchen to prepare meals for when we just wanted to stay in and relax. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience that I would highly recommend!!

Summary: Right on the Malecon, stunning view of the Bay with all its activities including the pirate ship setting off spectacular fireworks every night! Well equipped, lots of space, clean as a whistle. Comfy beds and all the wine glasses you need! Check out the restaurant right in the building, two floors down!
