Positive: The view was spectacular, and access to the beach was amazing! Messaging with the owners was easy and they responded very quickly.

Negative: There is no elevator, climbing 3 flights of stairs while 7 months pregnant was not fun. The smaller bedroom didn't really stay cool. And the master bed was on the small side. The listing says it's a queen but it felt like a full size.

Positive: My family of 6 had a fantastic time at this location, it was very clean & kept together. The distance from the beach was 0 issue at all (just across the street), even with our 5 year old. She loved being able to go from the pool to the beach in very few steps. We loved our ocean view & enjoyed spending time on the balcony sitting & listening to the waves. We had a slight issue with the wifi randomly disconnecting overnight, but that issue was resolved the next morning in less than 10 minutes after reporting it to the owners.

Negative: While this property does have two bedrooms, only 1 has accessibility for a window A/C unit, keep in mind that the one bedroom without a unit may get warmer than normal at night. This may be an inconvenience IF you're hot natured, there is a ceiling fan fixture & a smaller fan on the wall that allows air into the bedroom from the living room. This wasn't much of an inconvenience for us!
