Summary: Small, neat and tidy property. good location for walks along the beach. comfortable beds. Overall a nice place. My only negative was the street noise. I didn't expect that as I didn't realise it was such a busy street. Got used to it but it is loud. Host was wonderful to deal with!! communication was A+ Property was a little smaller than expected but fine for the 2 of us.

Summary: Considering the large cleaning fee which was added I was surprised that the property seemed so dirty and unloved. I would also be concerned about the safety of the railing of the stairs (there is quite a large gap which may be dangerous for small children). Note also that the bedrooms are not air-conditioned and the children's bedroom gets very warm. However the location is great and very close to the beach and there are some cute beach accessories which can be used.

Summary: Had a very pleasant weekend break in Mollymook. Fortunately the weather was kind but the house was well equipped and warm and dry (especially as there was torrential rain in the night) but the days were lovely. Good spot for walks around Mollymook and handy for the Golf Club for dinner.
