Positive: From the time we were picked up at the airport,we were introduced effortlessly to good service. Our driver took us to a suitable place to eat and have things for breakfast. Simone greeted us as we reached the entrance to the apartment and gave us a mini tour of it and its extremely clean facilities. The appliances all worked well. The airconditioning unit operated well as did the fans and light fixtures. Adequate toiletries and towels. The toilet and bath were clean and functional. Internet access was another plus.Our driver was prompt and sociable so we always got some insights into Tortola. It was a truly refreshing experience! The views from the mountain top were captivating. Simone and our driver were competent and gracious hosts. My 2 friends and I were pleased that we made that choice to be at Ocean Breeze Comfort. It certainly lived up to its name!

Negative: Because we were so high up it meant that we did not feel comfortable going walking awsy from the apartment. Of course,we had a driver and were happy to stay in the safe relaxing environment.

Summary: This was refreshing, enjoyable,safe, and enlightening.

Positive: The View is Amazing and there was soo much refreshing breeze! The place makes you feel at home. And our host was very responsive and has si h hood customer service! She made sure we was set with everything Including parking
