Positive: It's a TARDIS!!! It's larger on the inside!!!! The bed was high and I was concerned about getting up/in it, but it was very easy. And it was really comfy My Grand nieces had LOTS of room to run around - and they did! The layout was so functional, kind of quirky but it flowed beautifully. We loved the proximity to an easy access beach, too

Negative: I hope you find these comments helpful In the bedroom with the king-sized bed, the outlets on the left side at the head of the bed didn't seem to work; the night light didn't turn on; we tried both top & bottom outlet and the light didn't come on, and I had to plug my CPAP machine in another outlet. The knob on the bath room door between the Bunk/Queen size room came off in my nephew's hand this morning and he simply put it back on the door without fixing it. And lastly....I'm a bit older (okay, in my 70s) and I'd really like to see safety bars for those with mobility issues by the toilets and in the bathtubs/showers. This is the 4th house we've rented and we LOVE the feel of being in a home and it's ALL kinds of less expensive than motel/hotels. But those establishments are required to install safety measures for those with mobility issues, I know. It would really a thoughtful and APPRECIATED feature in the bathrooms of these houses that are for rent.

Summary: All in all we feel we got a LOT of value for the price.

Positive: Very comfortable. Nice kitchen. I would love to live there.

Negative: The only draw back is no ocean view.. the dryer didn't dry clothes. After 2 hrs clothes still wet.

Summary: There was king tides.. it would have been nice to see the ocean.

Positive: It was close to the beach. Good value.

Negative: The king sized bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor... The floors must have needed a deep clean because my kids feet were black after just a bit of being in the house. Had a weird smell. Maybe invest in air freshener.

Positive: House had old charm- lots of entertainment options and kitchen was equipped well.

Negative: First bathroom way too small and toilet too small. Window curtains were only on lower half of windows and no blinds to shut to keep sun out if you wanted to watch TV. Also rooms were very warm when got back in afternoon and no AC or fans to cool room. Also no kleenex.

Summary: Was ok- liked town and beach but not as comfortable as I would like.
