Summary: Ocean 5 Villa is an amazing, private mountaintop property! Everything about it exceeded our expectations. Our first contact Helene, at the rental agency, was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The house is very comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. It was also well stocked with everything we could have needed. The house was very clean, beds and linens were comfortable, and the beach and shower towels were plentiful. The daily housekeeping is a plus and Geraldine was very pleasant and helpful. The views and sunsets from the pool area are spectacular! The pool itself is fabulous and was used day and night. Friars Bay beach, only a 10 minute walk through the wooded path, or 10 minute ride down the mountain, is very nice and a good beach for small children. The path walk however is not suitable if you have infants/small children or adults that have difficulty walking on uneven surfaces,as it is rocky. We also drove to other beautiful beaches, Orient Beach, Mullet Bay, and Sunset beach to watch the airplanes land, and took the ferry over to Yellow beach on Pinel Island for a different experience. All offer parking and food and drink options right on the beach. The concierge, Jasmine was also helpful and very responsive in arranging massages and chef service at the Villa for us. Both services were thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, our family of 8 adults, and 5 young children had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Summary: This house is stunning. I came with my husband, my 22 year old son and his girlfriend, my elderly parents and our 10 year old son. Every single person absolutely loved this house. There is plenty of room to spread out- we could have come with 5 couples and felt perfectly at ease with the amount of living spaces the home has. The views are unmatched and there are so many outdoor seating areas you could spend the whole vacation by the pool looking at the water or lounging in one of the several outdoor lounge areas. The location is very close to grand case; which has some of the best restaurants in St Martin. If you are planning to go anywhere other than grand case I will say- plan smart. The traffic is absolutely terrible going and coming from anywhere else between the hours of 4 and 6pm. You will need a rental car for sure as well to get around st Martin. Taxis are not very reliable The walk to the beaches from the house is really great- however, you must know older people may have trouble. The hill getting there from the street is steep and the “walk” is about a 10 minute “hike” with dirt/rock trails that are very narrow. We loved it but just something to keep in mind. The house is extremely well equipped with all cooking utensils and needs. The housekeeper comes daily. If we come back to st martin there would be no reason to stay anywhere else. If you like the French side this must certainly be the best house available.

Summary: We are an active family of 8 adults. From the moment we opened the front door the amazing view took our breadth away. The villa was perfect. Ariane met us at the Villa to show us around. She arrived earlier to expertly accept and organize the food and wine deliveries before our arrival. The Villa is beautiful and the view of the Caribbean sea even better. Jasmine and Ariane arranged several wonderful adventures including chartering the nicest catamaran on the island- Renegade's Freedom, and a fantastic day at the best beach club. It was very hard to pick our three favorite things about the Villa but here goes. 1-The large pool and huge pool deck (which was a priority). 2- The view from the infinity edge of the pool out over the sea. 3- The open floor plan which was extremely conducive to hanging out. We will definitely return to Ocean Five.

Summary: Property was updated and had great decore/art/amenities. Great location. Easy access to beach (assuming you are physically in at least average shape). Numerous great restaurant options close by. Great sunset views on property. Responsive property manager to deal with issues that arise. My favorite experience in St Martin after many Vrbo visits.

Summary: We chose this house after looking at many choices and and I’m SO GLAD we did The house is better than in the pictures and the evening sunsets were glorious. Loves the location right near Grand Case. Overall it was a wonderful experience. The only comment I would give for improvement would be to equip the house with Sonos. There is 1 small Bluetooth speaker provided bit for a house if this level the expectation is to be able to play music inside and outside when you want. Other than that the house is absolutely fantastic!

Summary: Everything about this house was fantastic! It is beautiful, the setting is spectacular. The location is great as well with easy walk to two beautiful beaches and close drive to town. The kitchen is very well equipped and was easy to cook for 10. Plenty of room for all to spead out and enjoy inside and out.

Summary: First, the staff is amazing. Very responsive and friendly. The property was gorgeous and spacious and the amenities offered were wonderful. The private chef they recommended cooked an amazing meal and very quickly. They cleaned and left the kitchen spotless. Geraldine, the housekeeper, was so nice and came everyday to maintain the property. Overall, the view and property were gorgeous and pretty conveniently located. The walks down to the beach were a little more like hikes, but we enjoyed it. Vianka went above and beyond for us, even meeting us at the airport when one of our guests accidently kept the fob for the gate. She took her own time to meet us to get it back and was very responsive as we were planning our trip. Five star experience for sure.

Summary: My friends and I had the most glorious stay here. The property owners remained quickly responsive to anything I may have had questions about before and during our stay. As for the home, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and for us to all hang out together. Everything was CLEAN, the views are GORGEOUS and all the basics you need are in the home. My husband is already looking for the ceiling fans that were in the home to put up in ours!
