Summary: Rooms weren’t very clean, towels didn’t get changed. Advertised as a double room but it’s two single beds pushed together (not connected) so you fell down a gap in the middle of the bed in the night! Shower temperature changed Food pretty good for an all inclusive and pool area / dining area and communal areas were lovely. Nice for a relaxing holiday!

Summary: It's a fine stay, but the place felt cheaply built. The entire power socket comes out of the wall when I unplugged an electronic that was charging. The furniture in the room was water damaged. There was a foul smell coming out of the bathroom drain. There were ants in my room. Stains on the couch. Besides all of that - take advantage of the amenities. All of the food was good.

Summary: The rooms were not what I expected regarding no tea, coffee making facilities and I had to ask for the big shower towels which is usually expected at a 4 star hotel

Summary: The hotel staff is very friendly and I cannot recommend this hotel enough to friends and family, the only downside I can share is the fact that the fresh fruit buffet offer is not that big, but all food is good.
