Negative: We were told our room came with a gift, 2 robes, sleepers, a bottle and a fruit tray. But we never received it, and we called about 3 times asking for it.

Negative: The person at the front desk did not explain that every eating place was included, we kept eating at one single location, we didn't expect that you guys meant all included in such a way. It was our first time in a place like this, the front desk guy said didn't really have much time to explain, he suggested to use the QR to find out about the place. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE TECHNOLOGY.
