Positive: Beautifully decorated old style apartment. A real opportunity to stay in an old fashion house. Very comfortable. Perfectly outfitted.They have several locations in the city. Google maps shows only one house. Have to pick up keys some miles from Obama station--have to take taxi. But I had not read the instructions carefully. The instructions were clear and everything was fine. Taxi driver to key pick up was exceptionally helpful.

Summary: Beautiful house--was really glad we spent the extra money to stay in this house rather than a hotel

Positive: Beautifully restored property in Obama. Very spacious. Comfy beds with futons for our children. 5mins walk to the town beach, cafes, bakeries and the main street which had plenty of eating options. Keys are picked up from the michi-no-eki less than 10 mins drive from the property.

Negative: Nothing. Mind the low door frames etc. if you:re tall.

Positive: The location was great. The houses were cleanly and spacious. We got vouchers for free drinks (only hot coffee) and souvenirs around town.

Negative: It was a confusing check-in process. They were going to fine us $40 for checking in late, but luckily one member of the group was able to get there earlier. He had to call and wait a while, but he was able to check in at the cheaper price. Overall the communication just wasn't great. Also, the houses are advertised as next door to each other, but they are actually a 10 minute drive from each other, which is not what we expected at all.

Summary: I had a great time! It was almost the perfect beach house for me and my friends.
