Positive: Friendly staff, amazing restaurant that offers freshly made food for an amazing price, breakfast is included as well, the rooms are spacious, clean and have comfortable beds. Location wise it's super central. Best hotel I stayed in Bulgaria

Negative: The WiFi in our room 22 was practically non-existent. You could connect to the WiFi network without problems but the speed of the internet was extremely slow - practically not enough to load any website - and most of the time our phones would even complain that they don't have access to the internet. The personnel at the restaurant was not very helpful. For example, one of the days the breakfast was on a buffet and no-one informed us that we could order a free drink like tea, coffee, etc. at the bar (we only did because my wife had read in the comments on Booking that you could do that).

Summary: Great location and facilities. Some small issues with the service.

Positive: Beautiful place with lovely staff. We were really happy they accept dogs and had no issues during the stay. The breakfast was great and the dinner at the restaurant was also very delicious!

Negative: The only constructive criticism is about the weak wifi (in the room) and the mini fridge that was not working. Breakfast over the weekend starts at 9 which is a bit late but these are really small things that cannot ruin your holiday!
