Summary: Pros: Staff very friendly and accommodating. We had a room where there was a family with children above us. This was really loud as the children were running around and all we could hear was thumping. We requested a room change and this happened almost immediately which was appreciated. Location is excellent as it’s right on Alona Beach. Breakfast buffet overlooks the beautiful beach. Cons: Rooms are quite dated. There was just a sheet on the bed which isn’t sufficient or comfortable. We requested blankets which were provided but not big enough for the bed. The room wasn’t fully sealed which meant bugs could get in (a few creepy crawlies had to be relocated back outside). Internet in the room was not great. You could only get it outside or close to the door of the room and no where else.

Summary: The grounds had many trees and plants creating a relaxing environment. The property was beach acessible. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Summary: A hidden gem in Pangloa, Bohol. The hotel's staff is very professional. Located with a commericalized area, the architecture, furnishings, and landscaping create a tropical island oasis. Added to this are the culinary treasures created by the onsite chefs.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay here! And the suit room we booked was spacious and beautifully decorated with a nice big balcony. Staff was super welcoming, always going out of their way to help.One of the front desk associates, Janiel, was very attentive to all of our needs, always with a very friendly smile and great attitude. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the spa services hotel provided were great. Can't wait to be back!

Summary: Hotel was near the beach, where everything and wverybody are. It was clean and the staff was really kind. There was some wierd rules, for example you were not allowed to bring any food or drinks to hotel area.
