Negative: advertises bunk beds - did not have any. kitchen seperate from the main area no available bedding for the fold out couch (said additional charges apply to use them) outdoor table and chairs in the sun during the afternoon (the glass table got very hot!) advertises water view however you have to leave the property to see it
