Summary: This property was gorgeous, and the location was great. We aren’t strangers to St Simons, and we loved being so close to the village. The pool was a huge bonus, as this was the first property we’ve had that had a pool. We were all able to do our own thing, and still come together. One of the few things I’d recommend is just putting some sort of note or sign that the turf around the pool gets really really hot. Especially if children are outside, which we didn’t have, but could burn small feet without shoes. It was totally fine in the shade otherwise. A great location, and great for family vacations.

Summary: My husband and I were interested in a dog friendly property and a dog friendly beach location, and we were very fortunate to have found this place! The house was beautiful, clean, and came stocked with plenty of helpful amenities including some cooking gear (like spices, oil) as well. The backyard is just as incredible as advertised. We paid extra for the heated pool and it was really warm for the winter weather! We used that and the hot tub daily. The location is nice, with a 10-20 min walk to the beach and most restaurants nearby. The grocery store and other restaurants were just a short 5 min drive. The checkin and checkout process were straight forward and we had no issues at all. The property managers were very communicative from the start and checked in during the stay. We would love to come back again, and have told family and friends about it too!

Summary: Property had an amazing back yard with pool, hot tub, fire pit... House on the inside was really well done and looked beautiful. Had a major issue with an overwhelming moldy/musty smell inside the house. Staff was contacted and attempted to treat the smell. It did not work. Had to leave doors open while in the house. No one checked to see if issue had been resolved. Too bad as this is a sweet property.

Summary: We loved staying at this property with family, as well as our pup who thoroughly enjoyed the stunning fenced in back yard! We stayed at the house more than we originally planned because the property itself made for such a great vacation. Super clean, the location is very convenient to downtown st. Simons, and , communication with the property management was very good. We all intend to come back to what may have been our favorite rental ever!
