Positive: It was modern and light with super views and a covered pool. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom very clean.

Negative: 1. My headboard slipped to the side and woke me in the middle of the night. 2. Can I suggest a chopping board and tea-towel would be useful additions to the kitchen? 3. I think curtains in the lounge would be welcome.

Positive: Great location, very modern and clean

Negative: Needs a light for the stairs up to the property. Toaster needs replacing. Small welcome pack on arrival with milk, bread etc would have been a nice touch. Many other similar properties do this. Pool was full of dead bugs

Positive: The views from the bedrooms. The pool. Comfortable lounge

Negative: Woken two mornings at around 8:30 AM by building work in neighbouring flat and disturbed by this in day time too - despite flat being called Sanctuary and complaining to the manager. Window above bed has no black out curtain. No light switch or plug sockets in second bedroom. Kitchen lacking equipment and pans in poor condition. Enclosed staircase to entrance needs light switch at bottom of stairs so you can see the steps.

Summary: Enjoyed views and pool. Flat has potential but needs attention to detail and customer care

Positive: Very well thought out flat. Beautiful views and a stones throw away from local town/beach & other areas with lovey walks/beaches. Pool was fab also!

Negative: Only a small thing, toaster very small for a family of 4. Took ages to make several pieces as had to cut bread in half. Just need an upgraded one with 4 slots, but didn’t ruin anything for us!
